Registration Fall 2025 “20th Anniversary”

Registration now open for current members who participated in the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 terms.

We are excited to begin a new term of singing and fun!

The session commences September 10th and concludes with two performances on Saturday, December 6th.  To make the best decision for you regarding joining the choir, please review the information below.

Registration process for Unplugged will be 2 phases if you have been a registered member for the past two terms. 

Please review instructions carefully.

PHASE 1 – Expression of Interest for Registered Returning Singers

  • Expression of Interest Form – open to Registered (Fall ‘24 & Spring ’25) Returning Unplugged singers first, up to 80% capacity, from 9:00 am August 25 until August 28. Link emailed August 25th.  If you did not receive the email, first check your spam folder (especially if you are a Shaw subscriber). Contact justintimechoirs@gmail.com if the email is not there.
  • The Music Director will review the registrations between August 29-31 to ensure balanced voice sections (Soprano, Alto, Baritone) and determine what openings are available.

PHASE 2 – Confirmation to Register and Pay for Recently Registered Returning Singers

  • Once we have confirmed that there’s room for you (based on section balance), you will receive an email on September 1 with a link to Register and Pay, which must be completed by September 8 to hold your spot.

PHASE 3 – Open Registration to All

  • Expression of Interest opens to the general public to fill remaining spots beginning on September 1st.  If you are a potential new member, please ensure your email address is added to our list by contacting us.

REGISTRATION NOTES:

It is important that you complete the entire Expression of Interest Form (click on link in your invitation email to open form) for Phase 1 and then the Registration Form for Phase 2 (once given the green light via email), and click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to ensure your info is received. You will see a “submission received” message with a link to the payment page.

Fees for Fall Term 2025

      • Unplugged: $150
      • Jems/Vocal Minority: $185
      • Unplugged/Jems: $310
      • Unplugged/VM: $310

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via e-transfer or credit card. Please read the instructions carefully.

  1. Credit card: Link to payment page and page password will be provided via email once registration has been received and approved.
  2. eTransfer: Payment email address will be provided on the fee payment page.  Please do not pay before you register via the confirmation email that you will receive.

Payment is made when you Register.  Early eTransfers will not be deposited.

Choir Buddy: If you would like to volunteer to help a new member navigate the first few weeks of choir or require a choir buddy, please tick the appropriate box when you receive the Registration Form.
